Jacques DeVore - Strength Training for Cyclists
Jacques DeVore is the author of Maximum Overload for Cyclists. A new book that establishes a new paradigm that promises to revolutionize how people train for cycling. Mr. DeVore will speak on Monday, October 30th, 2017 at 8:00 est.
Suzie Goodwin is a World and National Champion. A dedicated athlete who is a massage therapist and a cycling coach. Dr. Troy Kinney is a Chiropractor and Rehab therapist. They are coming together to discuss imbalance issues with cyclists. Imbalance issues can occur from tight muscles, bad bike fit or past injuries.
Nick Fischer - Good Nutrition
Nick Fischer, a nutritionist, has worked at the USAC Talent ID Camps. At the camps, Nick taught the cyclists what to eat and how to cook food for before, during and after racing or training.
Jennifer Assali - Balance of Career, Home and Training
Jennifer Assali will speak about the balance of career, family, and training. Jennifer managed to go to med school, become a doctor, has a family, moved from state to state and was able to train for Master Worlds.
How to Sign Up for the Series
- The discussions will be held on Monday’s evening at 8:00 pm.
- The discussions will be conducted by video conference using your laptop, tablet or phone – you can see the speaker and the speaker can see you. Each meeting will last about an hour. The speaker will instruct for about 30 to 40 minutes followed by your questions.

- The series is Free. It is an opportunity to help cyclists learn.
