I could just about ride a 100km so when my friends and family all wanted to do the 235km Three Peaks Challenge in Australia during 2014, I knew I needed help. The ride has over 4,000m of climbing and will push a seasoned rider to their limits. With Lori’s expert guidance, the ride turned out to be one of the most enjoyable rides of my life. Next year my goal is to complete the race in under 10 hours. I just keep thanking my lucky stars for Lori, I know that with her coaching I will achieve the sub-ten award.

“I have had Lori as a coach for a couple of years now, the biggest difference in my performance is that I have become stronger with less hours on the bike. Lori has taken all the guesswork out of my training, all my training is mapped out for me and planned that I can peak at the right time. I highly recommend Lori for any level of cyclist that would like to get stronger and faster!”
I would never even think of doing Cen Cols next year without your guidance!

I have worked with Lori for the better part of 1.5 years and have found it a great investment in terms of time and results. Last season saw me move up a category and this year I’ve been able to race competitively after moving up. Something I wasn’t sure of at the end of last year. As a husband and father, I have a limited number of hours per week that I can get in not to mention family holidays and work travel. In that regard, working with Lori has been invaluable because she customizing my training schedule accordingly while maintaining focus on my larger season-long goals. In addition, Lori is open to lots of questions and will take the time to talk through the data I’m generating. If you want to dig into your numbers, she’ll gladly do so. If that isn’t your thing, then no issue there either. You can just focus on what you have on tap for the upcoming week. Overall, hiring a coach is the best investment I could have made and I’m glad I’ve paired up with Lori as I work to take my racing to the next level.

I am very happy with my training this year, as this has been the most successful year I ever had, both on the road and on the track.
Much stronger and faster than last year, for sure.
The training schedules allow for enough flexibility to accommodate work and family commitments, without feeling that training is a “job.” Meaning, the training schedules have been enjoyable and productive.
